Year 7 and 8 Subjects 2025

Year 7

Students are required to do all core subjects for the year. These subjects are as follows:

  • English

  • Maths

  • Science

  • Humanities

Elective subjects are rotated every 5 weeks with students having completed all

electives by the end of the school year.


  • Food, Fashion & Design

  • Industrial Technology

  • Drama/Visual Art/Dance Excellence/Music Excellence

  • HPE General/Football/Volleyball

  • French (Semester)




Year 8

Students are required to do all core subjects for the year. These subjects are as follows:

  • English

  • Maths

  • Science

  • History, Geography 

Elective subjects are rotated every 5 weeks with students having completed all

electives by the end of the school year.


  • Food, Fashion & Design

  • Industrial Technology

  • Drama/Visual Art/Dance Excellence/Music Excellence

  • HPE General/Rugby/Netball/Football

  • Digital Technology (10 weeks)

  • French (Semester)
