When we wear the uniform

The Clontarf Beach State High School uniform consists of a formal uniform and/or sport uniform that students are required to adhere to when:

  • Attending or representing the school
  • Travelling to and from school
  • Engaging in any school based activities outside of normal school hours

The uniform provides clothing that aims to contribute to a safe teaching and learning environment by:

  • Allowing ready identification of students and non-students
  • Fostering a sense of belonging
  • Enhancing mutual respect by minimising evidence of social difference
The schools uniform policy reflects school and community standards whilst catering for health and safety standards, particularly with regard to footwear.

Years 7 to 9 are to wear sports uniform every day

Years 10 to 12 are required to wear formal uniform every Tuesday
