Our Hospitality program spans two years, combining both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are directly transferable to the workplace. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, focusing on the structure, scope, and operations within the food and beverage sector, while critically evaluating current industry practices.
Throughout the course, students develop hands-on skills in food and beverage preparation and service. They work independently and collaboratively to plan and execute events within a hospitality setting. These real-world events give students valuable experience in producing food and beverage products and delivering quality service to customers.
Many students also have the opportunity to study for nationally recognised certifications, including a Certificate in Hospitality and the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), further enhancing their employability and industry readiness.
Recently, our kitchen and hospitality facilities underwent a complete refurbishment, providing students with first-class resources, including a professional-grade kitchen and barista-level equipment.
Additionally, our fully equipped service area enables Hospitality students to host events and functions for both the school community and wider community, enriching their practical experience in a real hospitality environment.
