Marine eco centre
CBSHS is the only State School in the region offering Marine Science and Aquatic Practices to Seniors. Our teachers’ have many years of experience in all aspects of Marine and Aquatic Studies.
Our Marine Eco Centre includes:
- A custom designed aquaponics setup that combines aquaculture and hydroponics
- An additional marine annex building is located on the protected waters of Bramble Bay, that houses powerboats, canoes and a fleet of new Clontarf-coloured kayaks.
Hospitality block
Our kitchen and hospitality area have recently undergone a complete refurbishment. Students now have access to first class facilities including a professional kitchen and coffee making machine. There is also a fully functioning service area which allows our Hospitality students to hold events and functions for both the school and wider community.
