Digital technology
Clontarf Beach State High School’s technology involves a mix of desktops, laptops and Ipads. The school provides specialist computer labs for subjects including Business, Digital Technology, Graphics, Music and Art. Students have access to green screen rooms, audio and visual equipment, 3D printing and lazer cutting, robotics and dones.
Specialist software is used throughout every subject area to enhance the curriculum. The library provides a charging station along with general desktops and printing facilities. All classrooms boast technology with the inclusion of data projectors, speakers and smart boards.
Vision statement
At Clontarf Beach State High School students will use their own devices as one tool to create knowledge, innovate and solve problems on a daily basis. Staff will facilitate quality learning experiences where students collaboratively use technology to develop skills and attributes of global citizens, leading to enhanced learning outcomes.
