Parent Teacher Interview Booking Details

​Dear Parents/ Guardians
You are invited to attend Parent-Teacher interviews which will be held for Years 7-12 from 3.00pm-6.30pm on Tuesday 1 August 2017 to discuss your childs End of Semeste 1 Report. These interviews are with your Student/s Care Class Teacher/s.
Reports will be issued during the interview. Please use the instructions on the reverse of this letter to book your interview time. More detailed instructions can also be found on our school website.

Booking Method: Use the Schoolzine App (SZapp) for instant and easy booking access(this App is the same one already used to access our newsletter- please see below for how to install this App) or click on this link: follow instructions on reverse of letter sent home.

Information required to make a booking:

  • Students Care Class Code eg. A01, L02, O03, P04
  • Parents First and Last Name
  • Student First and Last Name (no need to enter students EQID)
  • Parent Email
  • Parent Contact Phone Number

Interview location: Argo and Pegasus in the Library; Orion in Senior HQ; Leo in Performing Arts Block. If further assistance is required, please phone the office on 3480 4777 between 8.30am & 3.30pm.
